It is a good size, fitting well on a 6' or 8' table, and deep enough to put plenty of ice in for my food items. We did have a minor problem when one of the guest accidentally caught the plug and it started to deflate so I would suggest that the manufacturer adjust this by either moving the plug or making it where it can be pushed into itself like many swim floats have.
