I bought the bag because of the storage and backpack feature, it replaced a none backpack cooler with storage features that I used for many years until the zippers went out. I work at place that requires security screening and I needed the storage compartments to store pocket items while processing thru security. The delivery and such was timely. The product is poorly constructed. On the third day of usuage, the right shoulder strap came loose from the bag. The seam that held the bottom of the strap to the bag was poorly done. It required that about 4 inches of the seam to be resewn. I don't recommend this item if you have poor repair skills.

I bought two of these at Target (the blue/black version). One of them I put my lunch and carry it to work with me everyday. It sits in one spot all day until I go home again. It's been working great!! The other one....we pack it with drinks & snacks and go hiking/geocaching with it. It's been in the woods most of its life... and unfortunately, the zipper crapped out almost within months. The stitching and other parts started coming apart also. For basic usage...I'd say its GOOD. It's definetely not rugged all that rugged to last for hiking & such.

I bought this for everyday use as a lunchbox,climbing up and down ladders with a traditonal hard side cooler isnt verv safe.It has smaller pockets for possibles like bandaids,asprin and tissues...ok its a lunch purse! works for me!
