This review is from: Igloo Stainless Steel Hinges (Sports) The stainless steel hinges are about 1/8" too long to fit the recess in the plastic of my Igloo Kool Mate 40. In addition, the holes only line up in the long direction and not in the short. The stainless steel hinge size is 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" and the hole spacing is 1 13/16" x 5/8". If they will fit your cooler I think they will be a good option. They were easy to install with the screws provided. We are relieved that we don't have to throw away a cooler that was perfectly good except for the broken hinges.
