This is a great chair if you NEED to carry it. Although it has many pieces attached it is made of very light metal and includes two pockets, a towel rack, cup holder, lays flat ALL the way down and also a small head pillow. Although this chair is pricey, t is high quaality and definately worth it. My only negative comment: it is hard to fold the chair up sometimes. We have 5 of these chairs. We use them regularly at the beach. The backpack feature and the cooler were the most compelling points in going with this chair over others. Not to mention the 300 lb capacity. We've been using them for a year now and in general are very happy. The cooler is nice as we frequently only go to the beach for a few hours and the cooler allows us to drop in a freezy pack and keep a drink chilled as well has fruit. The upper pack is great for suntan lotion, glasses, etc. The cup holder was an added bonus as it is large enough to hold a canned drink in the coozy. The cellphone pocket is nice as well, though we usually use it for snacks and trash. We find for a short trip to the beach (2hrs) we don't need anything but us and our chairs and a bucket of toys for the kids. It's really cut down on all the bags, containers, etc for those shorter trips over the dunes to the beach. Additionally, so far we have experienced no rust anywhere. I would recommend as... Bought 2 chairs and umbrella for $70. What a great deal. |
