I bought two of these chairs this past July while on vacation at the beach. Within a couple of days the cupholder on one of the chairs began to separate. I had intended to call the company to discuss the problem but time excaped me and I never did and figure it was too late to complain. However I received an Amazon request to rate my recent purchases. So I took advantage of that and did rate the chairs....very low. Within an hour of my rating being posted, I received a phone call from the seller and offered to replace the chair, no charge.
I love the chairs and was disappointed with the one chair but I am extremely happy with the seller's customer service and would recommend them based on the service provided me. Thanks for helping me out, I appreciate it.

Purchased this chair to take to the beach. The extra weight capacity of this chair compared with others out there was key since the kids like to pile on top of us when we sit down... didn't want to worry about breaking it with an adult and a couple of kids trying to sit in at once.
It is easy to carry with the shoulder straps and is lightweight, it is also easy to set up and pack up, and very comfortable to sit in. The compartments are convenient to pack snacks, sunscreen etc, etc. in. AND, now that beach season is over we've started taking it soccer games and it works well there too. My husband is fighting over who gets to sit in it; will be buying a second one.

I ordered two of these charis a month or so ago. The chairs allow you to carry them like a backpack, with a storage area as well as a cooler. All nice features. However, the cooler on both chairs leaks water badly. So if you are filling up your cooler with ice and drinks before you go to the beach, be ready to get wet. It took about 5 minutes before the leaking started. I actually like the chairs, but the cooler is a gimmick and the zippers for the storage and cooler are cheaply made.
