I bought this to cover up my tattoos for work. The sleeves work as described, they don't pinch and are fairly comfortable for all day use. I have only used one sleeve and saved the other as a backup. My only complaint, the second day of wear the sleeve had a slight run in it but it has not gotten bigger even through two washings. The tattoo cover is good, you can still see a little through it but you have to look close.
