I love this tote (bought 3). I use it for my grocery shopping. I can hold more things in it than those plastic bags in the supermarket. It fits over my shoulder for easier carry. Love the insulation which is great for transporting dairy products (milk, ice cream) and for meats. Love the zipper as well. I don't have to worry about driving back home and having things falling out of my grogery bag when I make turns. No more bending over trying to find loose oranges anymore :). Also you see that small "extra" zipper hangs at one end is another reason I dont really like the bag design. The ones at shoppers only cost 2.50, and zip up all the way with same type of insulation. This one is just abit bigger with a "hard board" at the bottom, but it cost close to 3bux more.
